gilaaaa lama aja absen dalam dunia ngeblog.. yak sbenernya udah puengen buanget sih, tp apa dikata. pas balik indo juni kemaren ternyata di komputer rumah GAK MAMPU AJA LOH NULIS ENTRY!!! how sad is that. boro2 nulis entry, mo baca blog fs manapun aja ga bisa.. menyedihkan.

jadi dr tgl 10 juni ampe yahh efektifnya hari ini, 5 agustus tidak ada aktifitas pengeblogan.

hoshhh..

indo was greaaaatttttt… gue balik indo naek jetstar. pergi dgn superngirit (baca: pelit) didnt order any food, comfort packs or personal entertainment. stupidly i forgot to pack some snacks AND my socks which ended up in the check-in baggage!!! jadi sepanjang flight melben-denpasar gue kedinginan serta perut udaha mulai protes. untungggg gue bisa tidur dikit2. itupun ada kebodohan sedikit krn ternyata pinggiran sandaran kepala tuh bisa gue atur2. so i couldve nyender miriing gituh. halahh.. well at least the seat next to me was empty so i used that untuk kaki huhuhu.. malemnya nginep di rumah kenalan bokap. so that was my first time TO EVER SET FEET ON BALI SOIL. how sad is that. orang ostrali aja bisa mondarmandir bali lebih sering drpd gue pegi jkt-bdg. halah.. i had to sleep over cuz the plane arrived mayan malem, gak sempet lah ngejar last flight to jkt. beda 15 menit aja gitu.

ya pokoknya i had a good nite’s rest, went to the airport the next morning. nah ada kejadian bodoh lagi sih sbenernya. i didnt bring any rupiah. or any other cash for that matter. kebiasaan (yg buruk. dan bodoh). sooooo gue ga bisa bayar airport tax dooonggg. hahahaha bodoh yaaaa.. ‘untung’ gue sbenernya dah nyadar malem sbelomnya, jadi begitu arrive bali gue sempet nelpon bokap. HAHAHA dimarahin lah gue mahahahah. but it was settled lah, kan ada yg namanya transfer lewat atm~.

uuhh flight to jakarta was fine. naek air asia. macem naek bis aja, as in nggak make allocated seating!! hahaha tp laen2nya oke sih, just like any other domestic flight lah (oke maybe not batavia air cuz THEY SUCK!!).

pas pertama2 ngeliat bonyok rasanya lucu juga. dah lama gak ketemu kan. dad looks a bit older (found this rather strange). mum looks.. well.. gak berubah sih klo nyokap. nyampe rumah ngaso dulu trus malemnya langsung pegi ke pim 2!! huahahah.. gak make announcement2 dulu ke anak2 sih kan ceritanya surpraisss.. senang loh rasanya setelah sekian lama gue bisa mencicipi lontong cap gomeh. nikmatt..

what she n inne recently made was [read this entry's subject]. entah kenapa nyari poppyseeds susah banget so they made it without, but it was still VERY NICE.. and the mascarpone.. yummers.

now this makes me somewhat strictly wanting to eat homemade cakes ONLY. krn sperti yg sudah dibuktikan sama gue n fan 2 taon lalu, the cakes served in cafe’s can be LETHAL(oke berlebihan). buat yg belom tau, kita pernah ngafe di cafe siena (thats on chapel st, right in front of frostbites) about 2 years ago. we shared a cheesecake, which was actually yum. so we were already half finishing the cake lalu fan noticed something strange on the cream on top. “kok warnanya aneh.. perasaan…..” and what was that?!?! blue?! green?! YAK!! BERJAMUR, saudara2!!!!! we got our coffees+cake on the house. but they didnt serve us another cake (or did they? forgot..). oh well we were kinda full anyway. we did realise that we could sue their asses off but that would just be very mean and im sure what comes around does go around. besokannya kita berdua rada sugesti2 sakit perut gitu de. untung perutnya perut indo, dah biasa makan di pinggiran jalan yg jumlah bakterinya pasti ngga kalah sama jamur yg seuprit itu.

so yes.. thats why, homemade cakes are definitely the way to go!!

ternyata gak bs cman selembar doang, there’s waaaaaaay too much info T_T. selembar A2 takkan cukup. im thinking.. this’ll take up 4 pages of A2.. okehh 4x$16.20= nyaris $65.. TIDAAAAAAK. harga yg sangat fantastis untuk sebagian dari tugas doang. the booklet is going to cost me around.. hmm 20$ perhaps(if i dont have to reprint things). OH. unless i can print the A2s at uni, smoga sama tony dikasi gratis. klo ngga dooohh matilah ini bokek berat.. mana baru benerin printer. abis banyak banget. halah ini pula.

identity belom juga beranjak. dari kemaren ngerjain ini. nekaaat.. and i dont even know the requirements for that presentation. okeh. better do that TOMORROW!!! omg. i hope we dont have to hand in anything yet or else im screwed… BIG TIME. uuuuuuhhh T___T.

wah kalo kaya gini caranya bisa2 gue hari minggu ga ketemu keyo. padahal dah lama ga ketemuan T_T. sedihhh.. uhhhh pastinya harus ngerjain lagi besok malem.

iv been staring at the screen for 4 hours non stop. again. and this is quite pegel ternyata, sitting on the side of my bed. it hurts my back somewhat, ya pegel2 gitu deh. tp enaknya klo udah lagi pegel2, gue tinggal rebahan bentaran for a minute sambil ngulet2 hehehe.

dari 4 jam ini, bahan schedule yg terproses baru stengahnya. but i think the 2nd half ga sbrapa banyak cuz its mostly repeated throughout the document. if this is done, then i can leave it for the time being. to focus on identity!!!

iv finished the booklet, somewhat. sbenernya klo mo sempurna i have to add some more things but im not going to do that to myself. ini mah bener2 cari masalah namanya. im sure tony & emily wont read through the whole document to see to the tiniest details. or.. will they?! OH STUFFIT!!!! gue jadi kepikiran terlalu banyak.

was planning to crash at 4.30.. tp ternyata molor lagi. its 5.47 already.
better sleep.

btw ktb hari ini was really… inspiring. smuanya sharing. mungkin krn jumlah org di ktb tadi cman 9, jadi ini memungkinkan. and i was reminded of a lot of things. cuz its like im leading 2 separate lives. well actually not 2, but mungkin perbandingannya saat ini adalah seperempat banding satu tigaperempat. while i know it should be integrated, with equal portions. what did adit quote? hmm something about “you dont live to serve, but serve to live”. yg pasti i really need to get things into perspective. so thanks to the ppl yg teteupp ngepush gue untuk dateng ktb ^_^.

i like this assignment. i do. but its driving me to the bloody edge!!! it took me a while (slightly too long) to get into the project, but as with everything else, once you get your head around it things will start to clear itself out.. sorta.

oke. so this is info design. the objective is to (re)design the informatics of an existing festival. the original brief went on and on about websites which left us all with HUGE questionmarks at the start, but as it turns out we can choose our own application as long as it shows enough information.. that being sitemaps, tables, graphics, yadda.. now i was originally going to do something local. but then at the first sesi tanya jawab ama kelas i got ‘inspired’ by a classmate to do something bilingual! but of course!!! this would be a perfect opportunity to something dutchy. but oh boyyyy turns out that it requires nearly twice as much work -__-*.

so my outcome was going to be a program book. format is A3 divided in 3 parts, so that creates one side in dutch and the other one in english.

now.. iv only done the english part. that is nearly finalised, and only then will i start doing the dutch side. mr ward then came with the question “do you have anything else to add to this document?”. i was like WHAAAAATTTT?!?! tp yeh while waiting for my consultation slot i DID think about something, but thot that it would only stay as an idea.. so to fill up my very empty process journal so to speak heheh. but oh tidaaaaaakk. faced with that question i blurted out that i was going to do some sort of poster. yg skaligus juga jadi infosheet/mapping. HALAH. BLOODY BILINGUAL JUGA. WHAT WAS I THINKING?! its going to be different from the existing document tho. its pointless to just copy paste, right.

now this meant another few hours of extracting info from the web. plus i had to add the pages up cuz it needs to be kelipatan 4 kannn.. so to achieve that, i had to extract EVEN MORE info. in both languages. HAYAAAAHH.

mind you, the presentation is due wednesday which is if im not mistaken 4 days from now (saturday doesnt count. thats my sunday^^). untung nanti baru presentation ‘doang’. individually presented pula, so its not wasting time. everything in its whole due the week after. well the thing is.. next week identity design’s presentation is also due. OHMY now its the other way around, iv been neglecting that somewhat. HADOH. tolong tolong toloooooongggg… berikan saya kekuatan untuk terus bisa bergadang dan konsentrasi. juga pada smua teman2 yg rata2 berada pada posisi yang sama. EDANNNNNN..
