i just remembered. this is ever so creepy!! it was on the news today.. the headline was a girl got assaulted. tp kok mukanya familiar?! alumni swin juga, org indo. 2 years above me. i sorta recognised her cuz she used to be on my tram last year..

she was assaulted on orrong road. a guy threatened her with a knife, wanted to take her bag. she wasnt badly hurt, no bloody wounds sih. tp bruises..wuhhh scaaaryyyy.. friggin orrong rd! thats a little bit too close.
the guy is a serial attacker, waiting out in areas such as armadale/prahran, st yarra, richmond trus katanya sejak kemaren di clayton south juga. agak saiko.

need to remind myself to remind metta klo dia pulang agak2 malem.. eventho the tramstop is just steps away. ughh.. males de klo dipikir2. gak ada salahnya keep on allert!

AKHIRNYAAAA bisa bikin soto betawi jugaaa.. kesampean juga akhirnya..
isinya cman daging ama tomat doang sih, none of the other dodgy stuff.. such as usus.. dan.. apalagi sih?! yah pokoknya they put weird stuff in it.. yg bertekstur spt handuk. errrr.. not so attractive if it floats in my bowl. didnt have any emping. but thats fine cuz i hav krupuk bawang ^^. inne said that there’s sposed to be potatoes in it too.. but since i didnt know that (didnt say in the packet), didnt buy it. tp gini aja dah enak sihh.. i put more tomatoes in it kan enak gitu seger2 asem2ish. put in 4 instead of 2. trus nambah daon salam (which turn out to be curry leaves!!) juga, katanya cman 4.. well.. since the ones if found were pretty small.. i took a small ranting which gave me about 8(ish?). enak juga ternyata!! am very content.

me n metta cleaned up the stove also. and the exhaust.. OMG it hasnt been cleaned in aaaaaages.. hahaha parahhhh.. adit saw a grease drip the other day and that totally grossed me out. didnt notice it before, but after that i kept on looking at it whenever im cooking something. no good. so did the cleaning. scrubbing. with chemicalities and something slightly more traditional, bi-carb soda aka baking soda. i was scrubbing the filter wiith the chemical substance + a used tootbrush and all the grease started sticking on the brush.. which rendered it pretty useless eventually.. so i then turned to the soda.. gue rendam gitu sambil sikat2. ternyata ngefeknya gak cuman ke filternya doang, but it actually cleaned the brush!! fantastic!

so up until this point in the day i havent touched any uniwork just yet.. hahahah.

oh i brought my printer to the service guys.. dan ternyata benar perkiraan gue, they would take about 1.5 hours. im sure its fixed in 30mins, but the guys gotta make a living so they prolly decided to charge me 3x as much. FINE!! yg penting akan fixed soon. that guy said prolly friday, which is surprisingly fast!
good. so i dont have to bother adit again. they tried to sell me some ink btw. kedengerannya kya mreka nawarin gitu. pinter bener.. untung gue gak maen iya-iya aja despite the conversation being taken over the phone, me waiting for consultation in class.. not exactly konsen abis pada percakapan telpon.

as for info design.. OMG. hahahah mampus dahh. disuru bikin something else lagi to add to the program booklet. EDANNNN… padahal belom ngerjain ulang project 1. tp ternyata banyak banget yg ngerjain ulang juga. i thot i was the only one! hahahah. mann but thats not my main concern atm. the festival informatics makes a better folio.bout the first 2 posters, well if i can only do one thn i’ll do that.. smoga sempat mengerjakan keduanya. SMOGA!

OWMAIGOSHHHHHH!!!

already a project due in 2 weeks. then the other two follow suit. im starting to stress here.. arghh. and i was planning just to keep my cool. panik2 dikit okelah. stress2 dikit is fine, kekhawatiran yg sehat bukankah begitu?! tapi nampaknya ITS GETTING TO ME!!!!

i have this one subject that is just FULL OF QUESTIONMARKS. or rather, im a tad overwhelmed at the moment. tp memang yasudahloh mari kita soldier on!

i dont know what week we’re on now. is it 10? or 11? yg jelas klo udah 2 digit.. its crunching time!!!

kemaren pegi dinner brg si gendut ^^. its our 2nd anniv already. heheh. he took me to the point, we went there 2 years ago. and again, kita nyasar!! trus muterin albert park.. dah kya pembalap F1 aje. the area is quite pelit sih, as in markir doang aja bayar.. we arrived a quarter past eight. trus bayarnya ampe jam 9. yaudahdong so he went n bought parkingtickets.. took him quite a while and i started to wonder if it was that hard to operate a parking machine.. turns out that he ‘forgot’ klo perlu tiket cman ampe jam 9 doang, so he just kept on filling the machine with coins!! masukin koin 1, trus tiketnya dah keluar.. dia mikirnya kok belom2 dah keluar.. yadah dia masukin koin lagi.. gitu terus sampe tiketnya akhirnya ada 4!!! hahahahaha so mr adit spent an aditional $6 for parking hihihihi…

dinner was nice tho. its been a while since iv had me some steak. i forgot what we had for entree.. all i could remember was it had the word jerusalem, artichoke and clams in it. kita ga tau wujudnya kya apa tp terlihat menarik. dateng2 ternyata its a soupy thing, with 2 clams in the middle!! hahahah tp enak sih..
after dinner i felt like some asian dessert.. es campur tepatnya!! jadi pegi ke claypot king untuk membeli es campur. hohoh. agak kekenyangan sih malemnya. tp puassssssssss~

oh and i did see spiderman 3. hahah iv heard so many bad reviews about it (a girl friend of mine actually calling it ’sampah’. quite harsh, no?!) so i went to the cinema’s with very low expectations. like.. -10 from 0 to 100 if that makes sense (well it does). the action was good. no complaints bout the sfx.. tp pas blakang2nya the dialogues became so FRIGGIN CORNY!!!! hayahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. okehh hopefully my next trip to the cinema is better worth the money.

uh btw the ramones lagunya enak2 juga ya ternyata. THAT WAS SO RANDOM.
senangnya besok mo ntn AiH!!! am so excitedddd.. this is the 2nd time im gonna see them perform. venuenya yg skg lebi gede sih. never been to prince of wales before.. hmmmm.. edan yoo dah mo due teteup aje pegi ntn gigs!! hahahah. tp if its AiH or the grates im bound to go for sure. myeheheh.

dah ah balik kerjain tgs lagi. pemdokumentasian selesaiii..

AAARGHH. kemaren gue baru beli purple tights (see prev post). yg ini ngga sale. the other one was.
so anyway, gue pake tadi pas lagi ntn jakarta undercover. film was not bad. not bad at all!! apa mungkin krn gue low expectation ye so i was pleasantly surprised that it didnt suck (hehe). pas dah di akhir2 film, mukanya andira tiba2 nongol HAHAHAH. langsung gue sms, soalnya si inne sbelomnya bilang klo she saw andira downstairs. lucu yeh, si mas bintang pelem 15 detik. mukenye serius loh! hahahah. anyways. tights. yes.. begitu filmnya dah slesai, gue mo berdiri. dan sbelomnya benerin posisi rok. NAH! pas gitu kok tiba2 i felt a bit of skin?! that weird.. and when i went to inspect further.. ada TIGA LOBANG AJAAAAAHHH. trus gue selidiki lagi, pinggiran kursinya emang ada yg tajem gituh. sisi kanan doang tapinya.. yg di kiri gue oke2 aja. GRRRRRR. teteuppp maleslahhhhhhh.. klo udah gini kan pasti sobekannya bakalan memanjang. SEDIH BANGETTTT.. baru juga dibeli, baru juga skali dipake. DAN INI YG BUKAN DISKON. ARGHHH.
ga tau deh bisa gue recycle jadi apa. tp gue gak mo buang dulu.

dah nyampe rumah ne gue. gak pegi afterparty. lagi miskin berat diriku (damn bills!!) im sure whole of indo crowd ini ngumpul. then again i guess im too old! (adit tebarlah pesonamu sayang. this is your time hehehe) i dont recognize anybody anymore. hahah. plus kaki gue mulai pegel. pdhl heelsnya boots gue ini tadi ga sberapa tinggi yah. ga tinggi sama skali malahan. tp gue dah pegel. ini bener2 merupakan hasil dr 5 taon living and breathing in flats! huehehe. gpp. comfort above all.. stylishly comfort, tapinya =p

gue mo nyari di chaddy aja de untuk nyari 2nd pair of purple tights… yg di stand2 pinggiran itu. haaarghhhhh..

yeahhh baru dpt album barunya maliq. baru denger 2 lagu neh tp sejaoh in enak.. and yes, lagu yg judulnya ‘heaven’ intronya eartwindandfire bangettt.. tp enakk its very groovy.

because..

1. my mac IS FIXED!!!
wooohooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! thanx to andira’s ipod yg bisa gue pake untuk ngeboot my mac. OMG if this didnt work then i was forced to bring my mac into service and had to pay a fortune for something i couldv done myself.. altho it took me hours to finally finish EVERYTHING. dan skg cape banget. blom ngerjain tugas padahal. hohhh gpp!! yg penting comp gue beres. banyak pihak yg berjasa sampe akhirnya smua ini beres. adit for letting me keep his imac here for days (but he’s moving anyway so skalian lah. he’s not moving in with me btw. he’s just moving. period.), martin for lending me his external hdd, andira for his super u2 ipod and of course fredy my IT housemate for his everpresent support!!! these fine gentlemen helped a poor lady in distress aka me. hihi tp dgn kejadian ini gue jadi blajar lebih ttg mac. plus the fact that IT CAN BE DONE BY YOURSELF(well technically =p as iv mentioned earlier, iv had heaps of support). good thing i didnt try the archive and install tho. that didnt work!!! WHOAHHH. gak kebayang klo andaikan gue nekat. bisa2 ilang smuwaahhh!! hiiiiiiyyhhh..
iv gotten rid of some stuff that was previously on my comp. huhhh ga tau de isinya apa aja. jadinya banyak gitu. ternyata yg gue pindah2in cman 50giga, instead of the previous 70ish i thot it’d be. mungkin itu termasuk applicationsnya kali yah.. oh well.. now i only hav to get my hands on ms office n im all set like before.

2. visa gue dah kluar!!!
hahaha so im not on a bridging visa anymore and i can finally get rid of the old pasport yg visa lama masi nempel. annoying skali bawa2 buku paspor yg tebel. hohoh jadi skg hidup dgn tenaaaaaanggggg. unlawful resident NO MORE.

i went to laguna after i finished at immigration yg ngeBTin BANGET. gue sial gitu dpt urutan hurufnya. i got O. trus that moved so very sloooowww.. yg B gile cepet banget. some ppl yg i know came in later thn i did got to their desks earlier.. aarghh. trus mas2 yg behind the counter td ga sopan banget. masa gue belom duduk, dia dah langsung “okay your forms, applications etc”. gile. baca case gue dulu kek. its my 2nd appointment, hello?! i know uv been working all day BUT THATS YOUR JOB NOW ISNT IT?! iv been waiting for an hour or so doing nothing just to get to the appointment… harrrrr.. untung gak ada irritation2 lain yg berlanjut. it all went smoothly from there and i finished in 10mins.

as i was saying.. laguna. gue kelaperan buangeeet.. the appointment was at 3. my class started at 12 so i got an onigiri before class starts. and didnt eat anything until i got out of laguna, which was around 430. jadi di laguna gue blanja2 sambil kelaparan. and i proved that theory right, that you end up buying more stuff in the supermarket when ur hungry. OMG i bought a lot. way more thn i would normally have. tp ga nyesel sih, soalnya yg gue beli emang enak hehehehe.

okehhh mari mandi dan mengerjakan tugas.

astagaaaa akhirnya kutemukan jugaaa.. gue pikir org2 blanda kok gaptek amat yak. kan gue nyariin tuh temen2 sekelas yg dulu. pnasaran aja skg wujudnya kya apa. ofcourse i found none on frenster. jadi gue signup ke myspace dgn harapan klo pd signup di situ, krn lets face it, myspace emang lebi gaul bwat org2 bule. or so i thought.. ternyata gak nemu juga!!! so months passed.. trus akhirnyaaaaaa setelah sekian lama, si tessa tiba2 msg gue krn dia dikasi tau om tonny klo mo nyari anak2 tu mungkin lebih bisa nemu di hyves.nl. eh bener aja lohhh gue baru aja tadi sign up and typed in names that i could remember (which turn out to be quite a lot, considering the fact that iv last met them a decade ago!! gosh that feels old). hahah dan skg ini udah ada 2 orang ‘friends’. hahahah yeaaaahhh..

klo tesa temennya udah 11 aja loh. dah ada testimnya segala! hahah hebattttttt..

this is good news! makes me feel less guilty everytime i shower and leave the water running on slightly unnecessary.. plus the fact that i dont collect grey water. tp buat apa juga krn gue ga ada kebun anyways -_-*.

tadi akhirnya gue kesampean jg nyoba lord of the fries. setelah berkali2 lewat dan mengidam2, iv had some today. i had the asian one. belgian mayo+peanut sauce+chopped onions. sounds like “patatje oorlog”, eh?! so my expectations were going through the roof. setelah gue coba.. hmmm.. mayonya gak sedashyat yg seharusnya. peanut saucenya is okelahyah. but its better thn what ppl here call satay sauce, which is basically thickened currysauce (sangat menipu!). klo dimakan separately mungkin ga sbrapa enak, tp krn ini smua dicampur2, plus the added chopped onions.. woohh not baaaad hahahaha. apalagi klo lagi laper ^^.

so a bunch of us went to bearbrass. trus i made this drink request yg aneh, milk chocolate with mandarin vodka. baristanya bingung. trus nanya gue have you had this before? i said yes. i did. i made it at adits. with big m chocolate + vanilla vodka. yummm.. but anyway, they said they could make it so all there was left was to pay for my drink. begitu pesanannya dateng.. wahhhh kok terlihat sangat banyak yahh. they mustv put too much milk in it. and they did T_T. sedihnya. vodkanya cman berasa dikit hixxx.. mungkin laen kali gue kasi request untuk milknya ga usah banyak2 kali yahhhhh.. it tasted nice sih. choc+orange kan emang nice. this incident wont stop me in requesting unusual mixes at the bar hehehe.

besok ntn trichestra. band+ string chamber orchestra + traditional percussion. sounds very promising. baru tau gue klo si lia yg conduct! totally unexpected.

i seem to have forgotten about uni work for the past 2 days. need to pace myself! wooshaaaaaahhh~

oke. on anzacday 07 iv officially made war on mac! kesialan demi kesialan menimpa diriku. mulai dr kesalahan diri mendelete sesuatu yg seharusnya tidak didelete.. which results in me having to face a blue screen T__T. so.. damage done: reinstall system. yg berarti gue harus back up all my files.. aaarghhh!!

it was hard to stay positive. tp yasudah, tugas tetep harus dikerjain. so i did a couple more marks for identity. same method still, with ink. trus i headed off to adits to redo all my stuff for today. poor him, i was hogging the comp for hours. thanks dear for letting me ^_^.

anyway.. after rescanning and remucking around, i encountered another mishap. it turned out that i had deleted THE ENTIRE FOLDER that contained this years uni work on his comp. I WANTED TO CRY. all was gone. nothing left. but the good thing was that the file that i had worked on previously was just floating around on the desktop, so i was able to save it. THANK GOODNESS!!! klo ngga, smua kerjaan percuma sudah and i wouldntv gotten to class today. too much sadness for a day T_T.

so iv bought myself a firewire cable. jadi bisa transferin file2. harus ngerepotin adit lagi krn im using his mac to temporarily dump my stuff in. hueheh senkyo again ndut ^_^.

i tried to point out the good things, which were:
- untung ini bukan sehari sbelom submission. OMG to the lecturers this would look the same as ‘my dog ate my homework’.
- krn mac saya tewas, mau gak mau i had time to do even MORE developing brandmarks. which is gpp krn yg akhirnya malah banyak gue pake were the ones that i did yesterday while waiting for the guys.
- i can finally sort my files properly. iv got so much stuff!! cant believe it!!! 70gigs of data I DIDNT EVEN KNOW I HAVE.

so iv ‘whooshaaaaaahhh’-ed my way out of this and im totally zen at the moment hahah.

super inne is helping yafet and adit in cleaning up!! hebat bener!! tiap kali yafet adit pindahan mesti ada wanita super yg membantu dlm masalah perpindahan. last time it was anita.. this time its inne. im not helping much sih hehe. that’s later when they settle. i’ll help with shopping for new stuff and arranging it in the house HAHAHAHA. but yeah.. proses pemberesan rumah berjalan lancar. i cant wait for them to move into their new place! smoga tempatnya rapi ^^
